FLÁ.R is a full-service interior design studio in Marin County, founded by Valerie Boshoer - a designer who spent over a decade in corporate workplace design at some of the world’s most respected firms before bringing that strategic rigor to luxury residential interiors on the California coast.
In the corporate world, Valerie became known for designing through the lens of end-user experience strategy - understanding how people actually move, feel, and live within a space before putting pen to paper. That approach - designing from the inside out - is the foundation of every interior design project we take on at FLÁ.R.
Today, from our design studio in Corte Madera, we apply that same discipline to high-end residential interiors, home renovations, and hospitality spaces throughout Marin County and the greater Bay Area. The result is a design that is functional first, layered with the quiet elegance of European minimalism and the effortless warmth of coastal California living. Whether through in-person consultations or seamless remote interior design, our process is built around trust, clarity, and the belief that luxury should feel effortless.
